Naina Tandon
Naina Tandon obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) and Law Degree from the University of Delhi in 1985 and 1988, respectively. Upon being called to the bar in 1988, she practiced law in New Delhi, India, with a reputable law firm, C..R. Dua & Associates, for several years before relocating to Canada. She was also involved in representing a U.S. based engine manufacturer before a Court of Inquiry into an Airbus A-320 crash in Bangalore, India.
Prior to obtaining her accreditation from National Committee of Accreditation in Ontario and her call to the Bar in Ontario in 2014, she worked many years with Martin & Hillyer Associates, a personal injury law firm. After her call to the Bar, she continued working for Martin & Hillyer Associates and then joined Falconeri, Munro, Tucci, a personal injury law firm, as an associate lawyer.
Naina Tandon is passionate about her work in the plaintiffs personal injury bar and continues her practice in Personal Injury Litigation including motor vehicle accidents (both Accident Benefits & Tort Law) , occupier's liability and insurance litigation.
She is fluent in Hindi and conversant in Punjabi.
When she is not at the office, you will find Naina Tandon spending time with her family or indulging in her favourite pastimes of reading, drawing or listening to music.
